Great customer service form Aventon Bikes/Avant Sports/6KU Bikes. The immediately replied that my order was received, kept me updated on shipping status, and delivered on the promised delivery date. So far, have about 20-30 miles on the new wheels - they are smooth, sturdy, and take the pounding of pot holes and cracks in the street.
