Returns

Unused and in its original condition (excluding quality issues), customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days of receipt. When returning the item, please provide our customer service (support@6ku.com) with your order number or proof of purchase.

After your return request is approved, please return the item in its original packaging and with the return label we provide.

Do not return the item directly to the shipping location without contacting customer service. Such returns or refunds will not be accepted.
