Shipping

We do not offer a choice of courier. We currently only support shipping within the United States. 

1. The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
a) Processing Time: 1-2 Business Days
b) Standard Shipping: 2-7 Business Days

2. Shipping fee: Free shipping for all the products*

3. We currently do not ship to the following areas:

Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palu, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.

Please note we are unable to deliver to PO BOX, military or protected areas. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns

Unused and in its original condition (excluding quality issues), customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days of receipt. When returning the item, please provide our customer service (support@6ku.com) with your order number or proof of purchase.

After your return request is approved, please return the item in its original packaging and with the return label we provide.

Do not return the item directly to the shipping location without contacting customer service. Such returns or refunds will not be accepted.

Notes
1. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for the 30-day refund policy.

2. If the return is due to the customer's own fault, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. The specific shipping cost will be based on the courier company indicated on the return label.

3. If the item you receive is damaged or does not match the description due to our fault, you will not be responsible for the corresponding shipping costs.

Refunds

We will receive and inspect your returned package. If the package is correct, we will approve and process your refund. We will notify you by email once the refund is processed. Typically, the refund amount will be automatically returned to your credit card or original payment method within 1-5 business days.

Refund Delayed or Not Received

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as the refund may take some time to arrive. Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time to arrive. If you have completed all the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us: support@6ku.com.
